Verify Your Wallet and ID
Verification is the lock on your account wallet, not a queue to get through. We ask for a photo of your ID, a selfie or your face inside the app if the flow calls for it, and a wallet statement in your own name, then we match the name across all three. Do this once and withdrawals run without a repeat request.
It also means nobody else can drain a balance that is in your name. If a document is blurry or the name is spelled differently, we tell you what to fix instead of leaving the file open.
- Open the verification page — Sign in and open account verification from your profile. It sits in the same menu as your wallet, so you can start it the moment you finish a deposit.
- Send your ID photo — Use your national ID, passport or driving licence and photograph the front and back in daylight. Glare and cropped corners are the usual reasons a file comes back to you.
- Match your wallet name — Send a bKash, Nagad or Rocket statement or a screenshot of your profile page that shows the same name and number you registered with.
- Wait for the result — We message you inside the account once the check is done. If something is unreadable, the same thread tells you exactly what to resend.
